| I guess you are trying this in testing environment.See what happens when you make DB offline,Stop the instances services . Does it failover automatically or not? |

| sodeep, actually after stopping the service of principle this message is been displayed "mirror,disconnected/recovery " at the mirrored database.so, can u please tell me where iam missing. |
