Does anyone know of an algorithm that you can encrypt but cannot decrypt? Its for a password, and when the user logs in I would encrypt his password and then compare to the encrypted value, instead of decrypting.Thanks.*************************Someone done told you wrong! |

A secure hash such as MD5* or SHA-1 would do it.*if MD5 is still secure! |
