Do you mean from access or within SQl Server itself?!?If you mean from Access, then it would depend on the query.. |

I heard somebody said that DAO VBA code written for MS Access table (ex: recordset, table, table def, query def, etc...) will work on SQL 2008 table without any modification. |

If you mean that DAO can be used on a SQL Server linked table in Access, then that's probably true. But the code will not work in a SQL Server stored procedure, and certainly not without modification. |
