Hi,
I am trying to find a way to schedule a SQL job(containing script)
on some windows event.
My current scenaio is as follow :I have a folder and I need everytime i update this folder (add file to it) event to be triggered such that my SQL job will start its exeution automatically.

Does anybody has any idea how this can be done using SQL server Agent 2008?
Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

No such mechanism is poosible in SQL Server Agent. Try SSIS.
