| I'd like to raiserror in triggers. But don't really know what to pout as severity and state .... What is the rule for those argument? |

| I was hoping to use raiserror so that the error goes by to the application. But it doesn't seem to work .... isn't the trigger executing on the same transaction? |

| got it. It didn't bubble up because the severity i set was 10 which is informative and isn't bubble up. |
