I have a server namedRG-TG33. On that server there is a share called data. Within Windows Server 2003, how can I access that share?

\\Servername\data (Only if you have permission to access other server)

Is that a SQL Server Question?

Or do you mean a shared folder on a server?

what if I don't have permission to access the share, how could I resolve the issue?

Excuse me, maybe i'm not understanding this correctly.
Are you trying to get access to the data of a folder where you do not have the rights to do that?

That involves Network guy. Maybe that share is confidential as not to have privileges on.
