Can somebody help me understanding what is MVC and whats the use of it for a developer with some example.

have you tried using Google yet? You may not have heard of it, but it's a pretty cool "search engine" that let's you enter words and then find web pages that relate to those words ... it's pretty awesome. Give it a try!
