as so many users seem to need urgent (or urgenttttttttttttttt or adjent) responses to their queries. i thought it might be a good idea to identify them in their own thread.... just so we don't miss any of them and waste our time with everyone else's apparently 'non-urgent' problems

I tend to ignore the URGENT posts.

I assume that URGENT is code for “Hopeless incompetant who doesn’t even understand what they want and can’t communicate their requirements wants you to do their job while they whine that you aren’t doing it fast enough and you didn’t think about the things they didn’t tell you.”

I have seem them quite a few..its like one of those marketing campaings we were talking about in the other thread.. it just repels me right away... what is sad is they dont realize they are hurting their own cause by turning away people who want to help...
