small doubts for me....
is the forum a OLTP or OLAP environment?

and call centre belongs to a OLTP or OLAP environment?

I don't even understand the questions.

Are you talking about the forum software or whether or not the questions asked here are for OLTP or OLAP?

What call center are you referring to?

Call center may use both, processing is oltp while analysis and reporting can be olap.

OLAP stands for OnLine Analytical Processing , whereas OLTP stands for Online Transaction Processing. This will give you a basic approiach to analysing the requirements of a give data center
