hi there i am about to set up SQL 2005 on Cluster.

So just a few quick steps should i do.
1...Set up windows cluster for the disk.
2...Then install SQL 2005 selecting Cluster

or
If i have installed SQL 2005 on C: can you add it to cluster afterwards?

You need to install your SQL instance after the Cluster is setup.
When going through the install you get a check box that says you wish to install a clustered instance and then the installer will install sql on each node.
