Hi Gurus,

I am trying to find a step-by-step document or simply a "how to" on how to apply SP2 onto my MS SQL Server 2005 2-node Active/Active Fail-over Cluster.

Can you help please?
Thanks for your time and consideration.

Apply sp on active node, it'll update the other node as well. You need to apply on each instance separately, check sp2 readme file for details.

Hey rmiao,

The both node 1 and node 2 are active. Does this change the Scope of Work you highlighted?

Active/Active is two separate installs (two instances).

If you like to save time, failover all instances to same node then apply sp on that node. But you still need to patch non-clustered features (ssis, ns and client tools) on passive node.
