Did you get one this year?
Auto industry suffered very badly this year. We had a ton of layoffs / firings. Some people took pay cuts...
Ugh hopefully the big 3 does better in 2k7...

Tough year here, no raise, for anybody, no profit sharing for 2 years.

But we just merged with a China plant, woo hoo, the workers there have condos at the factory. Soon I'll be able to train my replacement, anybody who has a pulse will do, just makes it more of a challenge, can't wait. Time to move on.

My Oh My - sounds like we all just love our jobs.

I got a small bonus, but received a decent one in April after our Year end results were out.

Anyone else happy with their employers? - Most people who work for a boss seem unhappy, those who are the boss - now they seem to be the happy ones.

Love my job, just sad to see so much underperformance by the people who employee me. I think it's rubbing off.

We got ours two weeks ago. 25% instead of 35% but that's thanks to the merger.
