Hi everyone
we just migrated to a dedicated server a few months back.

However we are having issues with upload component, we used to use dundas which was installed for free on the old server.

However, we are looking to purchase

but before then, i would like to ask if there are any free "GOOD" upload components available ?

We have used soft artisans file up for **many** years now and never had any trouble with it at all

We use Software Artisans too.

If lets you have the "receiving" folder set to Read Only, and "impersonates" a different User ID to actually make the upload, so they WWW folder is never available for Write access to any hacker that happens to get into the system.

however i cant see this site http://fileup.softartisans.com/ so i browsed it to the root homepage. Which is ok

Am checking it out, as the reference i gave above allows you to upload bulk files over 10mb.

P.S. there is also the "Pure ASP" route of which, when we last looked at it, we liked the look of Lewis Moten's code:
