I've heard of agile development and extreme programming, but man that's a lot of rollouts!! Even once a week seems like a lot to me, depending on the project and scope of changes. How can your write, test, and document changes in 2-3 days? I bow to your superiour coding skills :)Michael<Yoda>Use the Search page you must. Find the answer you will. I've got two releases next week, different projects with different people on them. The first project was set to go Tuesday at 10pm (our maintenance window is from 10pm-2am). The second project wanted Wednesday at 10pm. I asked nicely to the second project to move it to Thursday so that I wouldn't have to work two nights in a row plus my regular day job. They agreed! I couldn't believe it.Tara Kizeraka tduggan |
