The following error was posted in the sql error log

Error: 7105, Severity: 22, State: 6
Page (1:833858), slot 60 for text, ntext, or image node does not exist..

I ran a Full backup and copied it to a test server.
I ran a checkdb on the test server and it reported no errors.

I am running
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 - 8.00.2040 (Intel X86)
May 13 2005 18:33:17
Copyright (c) 1988-2003 Microsoft Corporation
Enterprise Edition on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 1)

I have a 2 node 2 instance cluster.
The CPUs are 8 CPU Unisys boxes with 16GB of ram.
We have enabled the AWE settings.
Our storage system is an EMC CX300.

Thanks

Are you running queries using NOLOCK? Or in READUNCOMMITTED isolation level?

Not that I am aware of but this is a purchased package and I do not have access to all the queries that are inside the application.

Thanks

Hmm - it could be that but we can't be sure. There are no known issues in SP4 that could cause this error.

Has it ever happened before? Are you using any 3rd party disk caching products?

No, we are not using any 3rd party caching products.
We are using the cache on the cx300.
The problem has only happened the one time.
Hopefully it will not keep happening.
