Think of the savings.The helpdesk would get less calls from users who don't know how to turn a computer on.The bosses would be happy coz they would save on electricityThe users would be happy coz they wouldn't have to wait for Windows to boot (though I'm not sure how you would know if it had crashed!)steve-----------Oh, so they have internet on computers now! |

The stress this causes will fill the hospital waiting rooms.With the old fashioned sorts of computers, the ones that needed to be turned on, we didn;t have all that worry about Schrodinger's cat :)Kristen |

but i have to admit, this is pretty intriguingkinda like a sci fi movie, is it possible without power?is it possible without having to turn on the computer?so the power button will be gone???ok, that depresses me... in an odd sort of way...--------------------keeping it simple... |
