Have anyone of you heard or used pivotal epower? I was tasked to "re-engineer" the application integration without much help from previously involved engineers and incomplete documentation.I am beginning to think it's a hopeless case please any ideas will be really really helpful...--------------------keeping it simple... |

I actually setup and installed their CRM product years ago, but I doubt that my half remembered, 10 year out of date knowledge will be much help. We did it as a prototype to see if we really wanted the product, but eventually decided not to use it.Have you tried calling Pivotal and asking them for documentation?CODO ERGO SUM |

Hi MVJ,unfortunately the LSA has expired and we did not renew, so any call to the vendor would mean unwanted expense(s)actually, we will only use this for less than a year because there are plans of buying another product, but within that gap from now and buying, customizations are being done (needed??)if you have some installation procedures, please send them over, I will greatly appreciate it (btw, we're licensed but somehow the documentation got "lost" )--------------------keeping it simple... |
