Basically what am trying to get done is something like the burning folder when you have a topic thats hot

just google the gif or go to forums and simply save the picure.

2issues here

1. With regards the folder: Would it have a copyright to it ?

2. WE would like to do something a bit different. The number 1 burning not a folder
