| The wireless driver on my newest VAIO ( w22n51.sys Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection Date: 6/24/2004 Ver: 8.1.0.26 ) is driving me bats.Sony's driver update website doesn't show an update, but IBM does. (Maybe I should check Intel's website?)I'm having problems on this VAIO with the wireless link going up / down / up / down (but not on my other VAIOs). I don't believe it's a hardware problem because I can exchange the wireless card and I get the same behavior.Can I take a driver update from another vendor or is w22n51.sys a proprietary driver that must come from SONY?Sam |
