| I've added a number of indexes to increase query performance. Those also slow down inserts but shouldn't make it 20 seconds. We're running on a shared SQL Server so I'm guessing it's somebody else's poor queries. I haven't looked at overall performance in a while. | Usually the inserts are ok but occasionally they hang and take a bit of time.Like that one took 20.61 secs.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.DTS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
