| Sarbanes-Oxley is a law in the US that companies that are registered with the SEC are required to follow. It deals with how information is tracked and protected that may eventually feed into financial systems. (That's my very vague understanding of it this point. | Here's some info from Microsoft about the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (or SOX as some call it). | Besides the fact that SOX Sucks...it would be GREAT if they put some teeth in it and the corporation had to comply by a date or face penalties...It'd be another 2k boom....Brett8-) |
