My workstation has both bluetooth and Wireless G built in. Some great commercial-free radio stations arrive on my workstation, not the radio... http://somafm.com/

But my audio amp is on the other side of the room, and who wants to run another cable anyway?

There ought to be a wireless receiver that could pick up the left/right audio from my workstation and present left/right audio inputs to the stereo amp. 50 Mbps oughta do it with room to spare.

Sam

I've ordered a snake that runs cables under carpet. Hope it works.

What you need is one of these : www.slimdevices.com

It runs some server streaming software that lets you listen to all the music on your workstation. The software will also relay streams for you.

Problem solved

This is the device I didn't think existed.

Gotta think about the $200. I've already ordered a cable snake.
