You can probably expect questions on:1. Normalization. They all like to ask these so they can show off what they know.2. Performance tuning.3. Indexes.4. Have you used Profiler?5. What's the key to designing a good database?6. Talk about backups and restores.7. Have you ever done log shipping, replication, or clustering?etc. etc. There are so many things to cover in an interview.MeanOldDBAderrickleggett@hotmail.comWhen life gives you a lemon, fire the DBA. |
