| I have an app where an input box pops up to be filled in. I want the user to complete the field using a bar code scanner, which they do, but, sometimes instead they key the number in manually and create errors. Is there a way to limit the amount of time allowed to enter the number? Not as a whole, but from, first to last number.Example, pop up the box and when the first key is typed allow only 1 second to key in the remaining numbers? Since no one can type in 9 digits in one second this would force them to use the scanner.Thanks,Daveedit: moved to proper forum |
