Hi guy's/gal'sFollowing on from this..http://www.sqlteam.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=148770I had a full text index, that was all stored on the failed disk. I have rebuilt the tables all to work on another disk. i.e. i have NOT replaced the failed disk, just changed everything to point at a new disk. the full text index however, is harder to fix!!It won't allow me to delete the index, as it can't find the files.. that's cos they are no longer there.. but somewhere in the sys tables I guess its still referring to the index and its file paths.. until I can delete the index, it won't allow me to reproduce the index ..any help would be gratefully received.N |
