In SQL 2008 notification services is replaced with ssrs subscriptions, butcwhat is the best way if I wanted to have a real time instant update. For instance if ivwant to watch a specific table for the exact moment when a specific value exists I get notified? I Can not find a good way to do this besides a trigger. Is there a better solution using events or something?
