Author  Topic  Steveb4 Starting Member 1 Post Posted - 2010-02-07 : 18:08:33 Hi I'm new to sql 2008, Im getting the error; Msg 5133, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 Directory lookup for the file "C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT SQL SERVER\MSSQL10.SQLEXPRESS\DATA\SQL2008SBS_1.R" failed with the operating system error 2(failed to retrieve text for this error. Reason: 15105). Msg 1802, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 CREATE DATABASE failed. Some file names listed could not be created. Check related errors. Msg 5133, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 Directory lookup for the file "C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT SQL SERVER\MSSQL10.SQLEXPRESS\DATA\SQL2008SBSFS.1DF" failed with the operating system error 2(failed to retrieve text for this error. Check related errors. when I try to create a database, I think its to with permissions but not sure. any help much appreciated
