cant connect to db in visual studio

cant connect to db in visual studio

Hello,
I started up visual studio and under

FILE >> Open, I choose analysis service database.

I then put my server name ie localhost\instance name

But it doesnt connect, it says check to see if web brower is running. And it is

whats wrong here ?
