| I have a database that needs to check US Cities locally against alias names. I can't use a web service or anything non-database level, because I will be processing hundreds of thousands of records at at a time. This will have to be at the database level. For instance I need to check thatSAINT LOUIS = ST. LOUIS = ST LOUISMy guess is I will have to purchase a database of this data. Anyone ever do anything like this on the database end? What would my best approach be? I am also on a limited budget so the more pricey database purchases aren't really an option.TIA for any help |
