I created a report in Access 2007 with the following:1) selection criteria page (consists of a drop down list to select term, textbox to enter a class section number, & command button that opens up a report based on a query that is based on the selection of term and section number2a) this report has a report header that contains 2 seperate forms - one form displays the instructor name and the other form displays the section infomation(meeting time, location, credits, title, etc..) The information in these 2 forms is based on the selection criteria (term and section number) from above. 2b) The main section (bocy) of this report is the student info(class roster). It contains information related to the person taking the course. If a user was to print this report they would only see the "header" info from item 2 above on the first page - if they were to view this report, they will be able to scroll thru the student list while keeping the "header" info at the top.Any ideas how I would go about doing this in SQL 2008 Reporting Services? I only want to enter the Term and Section Number one time and then be able to display the above info in 1 report (or what appears to be 1 report to the end user)Thanks!! |
