 Insert Value from Text box Not Same?

Hi

I am inserting Value in Db fro Text box?
Say if User Enter Value in Text box 1,2,3,4 the Value enter in 4 row as i used split function?


What i need is user can,not enter same value twice?

Like 1,2,3,4,1,2?
