we had a machine before because I thought it would help me to pre-warn callers from work that they should try to exhaust all resources available before calling meso I recorded a message:"If you're MIS, call Techsupport, if you're Techsupport, call MIS,If you still can't figure it out, describe your concern and i'll get back to you depending on the criticality of the request. If I didn't call back or emailed, it means it's not critical and please wait until I report to office tomorrow" --------------------keeping it simple... |
