Have replication setup and working but I have a what I can only describe as a Phantom Pull subscription from my subscriber. It was enabled and removed at one time but the listing is still there and i can't figure out how to remove it.

Also I had replication problems then fixed the problems and the Red X's still remain on replication folders. Can I manually remove these some how?

for the phantom subscriptions, seems you need to issue an sp_subscription_cleanup.

For the replication issue, is the replication doing fine or it's the red mark only? Coz if you fixed the problem, refreshing the node will remove the mark.
