I have installed SQL Server 2008 R2 in with Analysis Services. My PC has Windows XP with User "abcd" as administrator role.I have created "abcd" as sql login as well and gave all the availiable permission.I have given all the persions for that user through regedit as well.Yet i receive error,Unable to connect to server 'localhost'. Please make sure user 'HO-IT-01\abcd' has at least read permission to some database on the server.I tried to change the localhost and change with the instance name as well.Looking forward for positive response. Please help. |
