hi to all,Is it possible to send the mail via sql server ,i have designed a application which will call a procedure. i want that when this application call the procedure then procedure will send the mail automatically.pankaj |

look for xp_sendmail if you're using sql 2000 and sp_send_dbmail if you're using sql 2005 |

Visakh told you to use xp_sendmail.Now you have to show some effort and look up Books Online for further assistance.Try for yourself, and if your code doesn't work, post your attempt here and maybe we can help you ouot what is missing or wrong. E 12°55'05.25"N 56°04'39.16" |
