We've got a database in recovery, but it seems to have stopped logging its progress:

2013-11-15 09:45:53.710 spid16s Recovery of database 'Leasing_MSCRM' (8) is 1% complete (approximately 2788 seconds remain). Phase 3 of 3. This is an informational message only. No user action is required.

There are no more entries after 0945.

How can I fix this?

Thanks

Restore from backup?

Do you know how many VLFs it has? High number of VLFs can cause excessive recovery time. This is caused by too small of log growth increments.
