Hi,

I am very new to the SQL server administration.

I have a Database which runs sharepoint on it.

Normally if the DB is on NODE1, then sharepoint works fine. If I failover it to NODE2, then sharepoint doesn't work. It fails to connect to the DB.

Please help to identify why is this?

Regards,

W

Please post the error. Sounds like a port/SQL alias issue.
