New sql server error 18456

Hello this is my first time setting up a sql server. Our old sql was 2005, the new is 2008. I can connect from the computer that it's installed on fine, but any other comp gets a 18456 error code. What might be the setting that I'm missing. sql manager can see the computer, but when I try to log in I get the 18456 error. Any help would be great.

Could you also add the state number - so the message will be something like - 18456 State:?

Here's the error code:

Server Name: zzzz
Error Number: 18456
Severity: 14
State: 1
Line Number: 65536

Arg! it was the password change it to something easier and I can connect now.
