How can i get the data back which i have deleted from Management studio.
i am sorry i am new to this so please help me out.

It is a difficult thing at best, and impossible at worst. There are data recovery tools (google) that are commercially available that look through the log records and try to recover the data - I have no familiarity with them.

The script in this article may be helpful. I have not used this either, so not able to comment whether it is effective or not: http://raresql.com/2012/02/01/how-to-recover-modified-records-from-sql-server-part-1/

But, the best course of action would be to restore the database if you have a current backup. You will lose the data/changes newer than the last backup or log backup.
