i have this fox pro program that works on sql server 2000, the sql server is installed in the server, and am trying to connect to the sql server,m through another computer, through network, the application doesnt open, as it says it doesnt connect to the sql server, but the other computers in the same network gets connected to sql server, what could the problem be?

whats the credential that application uses to connect?

The information in the section "On Your Client Side" on the link below may be useful to you to diagnose the problem. That article is for SQL 2005, but many of the steps in that section are equally applicable to SQL 2000 as well.

Dude!!which server are you currently use and where to migrate the data??And which method do you use for migrate the data??Replication or attachment the file??
